LumiSync Privacy Policy

LumiSync ("the app") values your privacy. This policy explains what information the app processes and what data third-party services collect.

2. Information stored on your device (no server transmission)

LumiSync does not operate its own server; the information below is stored only on your device. There is no sign-up or login.

Your usual bedtime/wake time, sleep style (morning/evening type), age group
Trip details (origin and destination cities, dates, times)
App settings such as notification preferences and melatonin usage

This data is not transmitted externally and is removed via Settings → Reset all data, or by uninstalling the app.

3. Information collected by third-party services

(1) Google AdMob (advertising)

We use Google AdMob to serve rewarded ads. AdMob may collect an advertising identifier (Advertising ID), device information, approximate location (IP-based), and ad-interaction data for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Details: Google Privacy Policy. You can reset the advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings → Ads.

(2) RevenueCat and Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)

We use RevenueCat and Google Play Billing to process and restore subscription / in-app purchases. Purchase and subscription history, an anonymous user identifier, and device/platform information are processed for payment verification and restoration. 4. Notifications

The app uses only local device notifications for light, sleep and meal reminders. It does not collect remote push tokens or send them to a server.

5. We do not sell your data

LumiSync does not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Children

This app is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your rights

You can delete local data anytime via Settings → Reset all data in the app.
You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions on Google Play.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised in line with legal or service changes; updates will be posted on this page.

LumiSync(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하고, 제3자 서비스가 어떤 데이터를 수집하는지 설명합니다.

1. 운영자 / 연락처

2. 앱이 기기에 저장하는 정보 (서버 전송 없음)

LumiSync는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 아래 정보는 사용자 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다.

평소 취침·기상 시각, 수면 스타일(아침형/저녁형), 연령대
여정 정보(출발·도착 도시, 날짜, 시각)
알림 설정, 멜라토닌 복용 여부 등 앱 설정

이 데이터는 외부로 전송되지 않으며, 설정 → 모든 데이터 초기화 또는 앱 삭제 시 제거됩니다.

3. 제3자 서비스가 수집하는 정보

(1) Google AdMob (광고)

보상형 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. AdMob은 광고 게재·측정·부정행위 방지를 위해 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 기기 정보, 대략적 위치(IP 기반), 광고 상호작용 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용: Google 개인정보처리방침. 광고 식별자는 기기 설정 → 광고에서 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.

(2) RevenueCat 및 Google Play 결제 (인앱 결제)

구독·인앱 상품 구매와 복원을 위해 RevenueCat 및 Google Play 결제를 사용합니다. 구매·구독 내역, 익명 사용자 식별자, 기기/플랫폼 정보가 결제 검증·복원 목적으로 처리됩니다. 결제 수단 정보는 Google Play가 처리하며 앱은 접근하지 않습니다. RevenueCat 개인정보처리방침. 구독 관리·해지는 Google Play → 정기결제에서 가능합니다.

4. 알림

앱은 빛·수면·식사 시간 알림을 위해 기기 로컬 알림만 사용합니다. 원격 푸시 토큰을 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

5. 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다

LumiSync는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

6. 아동

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 사용자 권리

앱 내 설정 → 모든 데이터 초기화로 로컬 데이터를 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.
기기 설정에서 광고 식별자 재설정·맞춤 광고 해제가 가능합니다.
Google Play에서 구독을 관리·해지할 수 있습니다.

8. 방침 변경

본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.
